Whatever the size of your corporate event, The Rayleigh Club offers flexible spaces that can accommodate intimate meetings through to large banquets. Whether it’s an AGM for the Board or a conference for the whole company, we can provide discreet, stylish, well-equipped function rooms with adjustable seating arrangements to suit the event.

Our experienced event planners will take care of every detail, from the initial enquiry right up to the day itself, leaving you to focus on the objectives of your meeting. They can give advice on seating layouts, technical equipment and refreshments, providing as much or as little support as you need.

Complimentary jugs of chilled water are provided, but we can also arrange tea and coffee to welcome your guests as well as a choice of freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced lunches to help them stay sharp and focused throughout the day.

FACILITIES

Free Wi-Fi is available in all conference and meeting rooms, and we are able to provide LCD projectors, screens, flipcharts and photocopying facilities as well as a breakout room and access to a decked terrace area. There is a large car park for delegates to use free of charge, and we do have some luxury overnight accommodation on site at Hullbridge House.

EQIUIPMENT HIRE

The following equipment is available to hire:

  • Lapel microphones
  • Hand held clicker with laser pointer
  • Lectern with dedicated microphone
  • Short throw projectors and screen
  • Conference table top microphones with individual on/off switches for privacy
  • PA systems designed specifically for conference use which eliminate feedback issues and are supplied with a 16 channel mixer
  • Staging options

Should you require a video of your event, we can provide a cameraman for the day and a subsequent editing service.

All equipment is set up and tested thoroughly prior to the event, but for additional peace of mind, we can also supply a Sound Engineer to operate the mixing desk and to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
