Whatever the occasion, a Dinner Dance at The Rayleigh Club will be a night to remember. We have three beautiful function rooms to choose from, a wide selection of delicious three course menus to suit all tastes and a well-stocked wine cellar. We take great pride in the quality of our food and our exceptional standards of service, and we are happy to provide advice and guidance with menu and wine selections if required.

In each room, there is a private bar and a dance floor. You are welcome to provide your own entertainment or alternatively, let us make the arrangements for you. We have our own resident DJ or we can recommend one of our ‘tried and trusted’ bands and singers.

Our function rooms provide an elegant and neutral backdrop for you to personalise with your own decorations. However, we also have exclusive suppliers that can arrange little extras such as cakes, flowers and decorations to make the occasion even more special.

The Ruby Room

For smaller gatherings of up to 70 seated guests, The Ruby Room is an ideal choice.

Minimum number of 50 adults.

The Willow Room

With stunning views and elegant décor, The Willow Room can accommodate up to 80 for a Dinner Dance.

Minimum number of 60 adults.

The Crystal Hall

Our largest function room, The Crystal Hall, offers a warm welcome and will comfortably accommodate up to 200 seated guests.

Minimum number of 80 adults.

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to your event.
