Societies are welcome at The Rayleigh Club. Help us tailor a package that perfectly suits your needs by contacting 01702 232 377.

Those hoping to play on our South Course as unaccompanied guests will need to provide us with a CDH number in order to book a tee time.

Each society must have at least half of their players with CDH numbers and/or a handicap certificate, the same criteria as for individual visitors.

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones may be used but only for emergency only on the course.

Course Etiquette
All golfers are expected to observe a high standard of etiquette; players must rake bunkers after use, replace all divots and repair pitch marks on greens. Please be aware of faster players, allow them through if necessary.

Course Marshal
There will be a Course Marshal on the day for societies of 20 guests & over only to meet and greet you and also to ensure rules are followed in the day. They will assist you with any problems throughout the day on and off the course.

East and South Course Rules
Strictly, to play our South course as a society, the party need at least half of the field to have a handicap Certificate. If this cannot be proven then I am afraid you will be told you cannot play the South Course. Societies can be booked Monday to Friday on the East with a supplement for the weekend.

The South course does not allow societies Friday-Sunday.
